Well !! City played their first premier league game yesterday, and what a game it was. A 2-1 win at home against Fulham.
It was one of the games city must take 3 points from if they are to stay in the premier league, and they did it well.
Despite going 1-0 down early in the first half city stuck with it and soon had the equalizer. The second half saw city step the pace up and I think they were the better team. Fagan scored Hulls second and from then on the points were in the bag.
After a nervy start the tigers settled well and deserved the 3 points.
One concern may be the number of goal chances that went begging. Goal scoring chances are few and far between in the premier leage and city must learn to put them away when they are there.
So here we are, 3rd in the premier league with 3 definately winable games to come this month. Don't be suprised to see city go top before the end of the month. A dream ???? Watch this space.<br><br>Post edited by: dave, at: 2008/08/17 09:42
