Hoarse, goose pimples and tears - I can't believe it !!!
A team that didn't bottle the big occasion. A team that had the desire, the skill guts and determination to go where no Hull team has ever been.
Phil Brown and his men have given Hull glory. Bring it on !!!!!
On Monday, fill the town centre, greet the team and show what it means to us. Show that Hull isn't a downtrodden city of out of work deadheads. We are a city with pride, achievement and most of all . . a future.
WELL DONE HULL CITY

I am SO proud of Hull City, they did fantastically on Saturday and it is brillient for Hull to finally have a premiership football team.
I was lucky enough to be at the players reception on Monday and get to meet some of the players, it was brillient. Th atmosphere all day at the celebration event was amazing and I can't wait for the new season to begin.

I went to see the parade on Beverley Rd / Greenwood Ave and was amazed at the crowds there. No matter that many were jumping on the bandwagon of the tigers success, they were there and that is what matters.
Sales of season passes have reached 2,500 so we should see capacity crowds every home game - lets see if it happens.
As a rugby fan supporting FC I don't really follow football but to see a Hull team achieve premier league status is still exciting.
Personally I am not into giving players hero status and erecting statues to them or naming streets in their honour, but what the hell, it's given us something to cheer and put us on the map for once.
So now you are there, just stay there eh!

Well !! City played their first premier league game yesterday, and what a game it was. A 2-1 win at home against Fulham.
It was one of the games city must take 3 points from if they are to stay in the premier league, and they did it well.
Despite going 1-0 down early in the first half city stuck with it and soon had the equalizer. The second half saw city step the pace up and I think they were the better team. Fagan scored Hulls second and from then on the points were in the bag.
After a nervy start the tigers settled well and deserved the 3 points.
One concern may be the number of goal chances that went begging. Goal scoring chances are few and far between in the premier leage and city must learn to put them away when they are there.
So here we are, 3rd in the premier league with 3 definately winable games to come this month. Don't be suprised to see city go top before the end of the month. A dream ???? Watch this space.
