SHARP LEAVES HULL FC

Hull FC has today announced that Peter Sharp will leave his position as Head Coach with immediate effect.

This decision was reached by mutual consent.

Chief executive James Rule said: “On behalf of the board of directors, staff and players at Hull FC I would like to thank Peter for his contribution to the club and wish him the best of luck in his future career.

“Neither party wish to make any further comment on this decision.”
“Richard Agar will take interim control of all football matters with immediate effect.

“The clubs focus will now be on preparing for the St Helens game at the KC Stadium on Sunday and our Carnegie Challenge Cup quarter final tie against Bradford Bulls the following week.

“Consequently, we will not be making any comment on potential replacements at this stage.”
