DOBSON ENCOURAGES FANS TO SHOW SUPPORT AT DRAGONS GAME |
|
Hull Kingston Rovers scrum-half Michael Dobson admits the
Catalans Dragons' surge up the engage Super League table has come as no
surprise to him, but is very confident of a home win tomorrow.
...the fans are a great motivator, i believe we have the best set of
supporters in Super League...
First team player Michael Dobson.
The 22-year-old will line up against his former club when they
travel to Craven Park on Friday evening, with the French side sitting
in third place and knowing their place in the end of season play-offs
is assured.
“They have got a lot of quality French players in their side now that
were just finding their feet when I was there and they’ve put them
together with some really good Australian players.
“Mick (Potter) is a terrific coach and in him and Andrew McFadden they
have got a great coaching team. Both of them will be missed when they
go to St Helens at the end of the year, I am sure.”
Dobson will again link-up with Ben Galea in the halves for the Red and
Whites and encourages fans to come along and support the boys as they
aim for nothing but victory over the French side. He went on to say:
"The fans are a great motivator, i believe we have the best set of
supporters in Super League."
Fans are also reminded that by purchasing a match day ticket for the
next two home fixtures Catalans (Friday 1st August) and Harlequins
(Sunday 10th August), they will qualify for the hull derby priority
purchase ticket offer.
