Twelve excited youngsters visited Craven Park Stadium last
week to participate in the first Ultimate fan day, after chatting with
head Coach Justin Morgan and dinning in the executive boxes, the
children certainly had a day to remember.

The day kicked off with a guided stadium tour, and the morning also
included designing some written work for the next programme (Hull Derby
7th Sept). The theme set by the Community team was based on RESPECT and
the children made up poems about Hull KR and the supporters.
Lunch then followed in the Executive box where it was set up as it
would be for a match day, receiving corporate gifts and tickets for a
Hull KR fixture.
In the afternoon the children worked with the Kit-Man, they cleaned
boots and had a sneaky look around in the boot room were they had
chance to handle the shirts and put away all the kit.
Whilst cleaning boots the children were visited by Justin Morgan. He
sat with the children and did a Q&A session, which was thoroughly
enjoyed by all.
The successful day was perfectly rounded off by working with the
grounds man and the children were even given the exclusive opportunity
to assist in painting the sponsors logos onto the pitch for the home
game against Harlequins.
Rob Warner Community Development Manager commented: “The day will live
long in the memory of the children that came to the Ultimate Fan day;
they learnt a lot of interesting things that they will be able to tell
family and friends about Craven Park. A great day was topped off with
the Q&A session with Justin Morgan, which will be something they
will always remember”.
Kevin Carrick (parent) commented: “The kids had an excellent time today
at the ultimate fan day, I will be making sure that I keep a look out
for the next one”.
Further opportunities to experience the Ultimate Fan Day will be
announced shortly, please visit the official club website for
